Eligibility: The Refurbished Dell Precision 7720 Laptop Giveaway Drawing (the "Drawing") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. The Drawing is void where prohibited by law. Employees of InVision 1 Enterprises LLC, their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The Drawing begins on September 1st, 2023, at 10:00 AM EST and ends on September 30th, 2023, at 8:00 PM EST (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible for the Drawing.

How to Enter: To enter the Drawing, participants must make a valid entry by submitting a transaction of $10.00 USD per entry. Multiple entries are allowed, and each entry must be a separate transaction.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Refurbished Dell Precision 7720 Laptop will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on September 30th, 2023, at 8:00 PM EST. The winner will be notified via the contact2a2222 information provided at the time of entry within three (3) business days of the drawing date. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a new winner may be selected. Prize: The prize for this Drawing is one (1) Refurbished Dell Precision 7720 Laptop. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

Shipping and Handling Fees: The winner is responsible for paying shipping and handling fees associated with the prize.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.

Release: By participating, entrants release InVision 1 Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability with respect to the Drawing and the prize. General Conditions: InVision 1 Enterprises LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Drawing if any fraud or technical failure impairs the integrity of the Drawing.

Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the Drawing and will not be shared with third parties. Law and Jurisdiction: The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Drawing and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, USA for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Drawing. By entering the Drawing, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
